Family law is slow and difficult to access.
But what if it wasn't?
Simple | Collaborative | Flexible
What if there was a system that was designed, from the start, to be client-focused and collaborative?
Our system helps Family Law to be simple, flexible and more relevant to the individual client.
Our system encourages collaboration and it is used by mediators,
family lawyers, government departments and not for profits.
FamilyProperty is working with a number of government departments, family relationship centres and not for profits. At the moment FamilyProperty is partnering with Legal Aid NSW to deliver the Commonwealth Property Mediation Pilot.
and easy to use
So one thing that I’ve really noticed about FamilyProperty, particularly comparing it to other similar programs, is just how accessible, clear and easy to use it is. I think a big part of that is because it was actually created by another family lawyer Fiona Kirkman, who has practised as a family lawyer and mediator for awhile, and you just see it all over the program. Somebody who knows the family law system has created it to make it really workable and usable.
What if you could upskill
What if there was a way to get everyone to understand their own asset pool and the options available to them?
For us, client-focused means helping the client to quickly and easily understand their own matter. Our visual approach means they really do understand their options, it empowers them to be truly collaborative.
Why can't I get the parties on the same page?
We can help with that by literally putting their different positions on the screen. We have three different options for our neutral balance sheet view, you can choose the layout that is best for this particular matter, the layout that helps the parties to focus on settlement, not arguments.
