The Orders generated in the draft Minute of Proposed Orders of Consent Orders will be based on the proposal in the schedule of assets and liabilities.
Refer to the court orders/directions made by the Court to identify when you must submit your information/documents for the Conciliation Conference.
General Disclaimer: The wording in the draft property orders is auto-populated from the information in the schedule of assets & liabilities. The draft orders are not produced by the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. They may not reflect all relevant issues in this matter. Parties must check all draft orders carefully, and prior to submission to the court for consideration and ensure that all issues relevant to the proceedings are addressed.
Once the draft orders are generated, you can change the wording as per your own precedent (if applicable).
