How to submit your completed information to the Court and other party.

1. Upload your documents
Click on 'Choose file'. Navigate to where you have saved your signed Confidential Case Outline, Proposed Property Orders and Costs Notice (if represented) and attach each one.


2. Send your information
Check your court proceedings numbers, double check this to make sure this is the right number.

Check that you have correctly entered your role in the court proceedings.
Once you have checked the above information, click 'Start'.

When your press 'Start', the Court and the other party will get access to the following for the Conciliation Conference:
1. Confidential Case Outline (Dispute Resolution);
2. Minute of Proposed Order;
3. Costs Notice (if applicable); and
4. Disclosure documents.
The Judicial Registrar will also have access to each party's interactive schedule of assets and liabilities.
You will see a message on your screen confirming that the information has been sent.
