This year I have set myself the goal of doing a better job of the Important but Not Urgent tasks in the Eisenhower Decision Making Matrix. Now of course as a marketer this will look quite different for me, so I thought I would encourage some subscriber discussion about what falls into this category for the mediators?
What in your business is important but often gets forgotten because it is not urgent?
