You can now use a link to start our online client intake questionnaire, this is not automatic so if you still want to run a conflict check and open a file before sending the client the link you can do that too.
If you want to turn on the ability to share the link then you can do that using these PDF instructions -

Essentially though you go to Accounts, then Settings, then Matters, and look for the below question.

This product is still in beta and so for now it will assume that you are a lawyer, you cannot later use the information for a mediator type matter. So for now this feature is only available for lawyers.
