This week I am thinking about goals for 2021, and one of my goals is to do a better job of the Important but Not Urgent tasks in the Eisenhower decision making matrix. If you don't know what that is you can read more about it here. While you could use this for all of your life tasks what I am particularly focused on here is work tasks.
I would love some feedback from other subscribers, what in your business falls into the Important but Not Urgent category? Lets have a think about the things in that box that we need to do something about in 2021.
Once we have completed that discussion I will create a summary of the Important but Not Urgent tasks, and then we will discuss how to deal with those tasks in an effective manner.
