Can I view my client's portal?

As the professional we understand you may need to help clients navigate their portal and it helps to see it exactly as they see it. Once the matter is unlocked and in the dashboard, simply go to the navigation bar and click on 'Disclosure' to view their portal (shown below).

Viewing their portal enables you to help the client with any questions. See some tips below:

Click on 'Dashboard' in the navigation bar to return to dashboard view.
