Not only can you download the terms of the agreement reached but if you were assisting self represented parties and you are sending them away to get legal advice and formalise the matter then you can download reports including all the relevant information so that the parties don't have to spend time providing a solicitor with the same instructions that they have provided to you.

Heads of Agreement - a word document table setting out briefly the assets and liabilities, their agreed values, who gets what and the total percentages

Draft Consent Orders - brief consent orders in the proper court format

Application for Consent Orders - the Court form, prepopulating sections A, B, D, H & I

To assist the parties to more efficiently seek legal advice you can also generate the following documents and give them to the parties to give to their lawyers (if they were self represented for the mediation) -
