Our product journey started with the client intake questionnaire, which your clients can complete on their mobile or their computer. Due to feedback from our users we have changed the settings so that you can choose to let the client launch the questionnaire themselves, from your website or a landing page.
Our online questionnaire is a popular feature and while we had previously set it up so that the law firm had an opportunity to check the details, and in particular perform a conflict of interest check, our users told us that they wanted this feature. At FamilyProperty we love feedback and so we made this change based on what our users wanted.
