Can a product be collaborative?

We think our product can, and our clients do too.  As you know encouraging clients to participate in collaborative law and productive settlement negotiation is a process, and our product not only saves you time but creates a workflow that encourages collaboration.

Our client intake questionnaire will step the clients through all of the information that you need.  It gives them something to do, and allows you to spend your telephone conversation or initial consultation time with the client talking about information that the client has already provided, re-inforcing that their contribution was valuable and that you have heard them.

 

It will also be a more gentle, and therefore less combative introduction to the process as they complete it at their own pace, on their own laptop or phone, and in their own space.

 

Our client intake questionnaire is written in plain English and responds to the client's responses, using if/then coding to remove those questions that become irrelevant.  This means that the client is only investing time and energy in information that is relevant to their matter.  You can also choose which of the 12 sections you send to the client, perhaps you do not want their documents uploaded yet, perhaps you do not want the income information at this time.  You can get the information that you need, and only that information.
