What small change can you make this week to move towards a better outcome next week, or next month?
Let's assume for a second that your life is not perfect, that there are some improvements to be made whether that is at work, at home, in your social life, wherever. If you are doing everything the same then how will things improve?
I want to encourage you to make a small change, this week, to move you closer to the outcome that you want. The trick is not to be overwhelmed by large scale projects all the time. There is a time and a place for a big change, this is not what I am encouraging you to do here. I am trying to remind you that change can be small, and that a small change is better than simple inertia. So what small change can you make this week to move towards a better outcome for you next week, or next month?
