Will WA be able to witness documents by Zoom?
A bill has been introduced to the State Parliament which would allow, among other things, for documents to be witnessed electronically, along with some government and fee changes. You can read the media statement here.
Western Australia v Clive Palmer
In the latest change for the border dispute, Clive Palmer has allegedly stated that he would agree to withdraw the High Court challenge to the borders if WA will agree to move arbitration over the mines to Canberra.
