You will be able to use the Questionnaire button to resend the Questionnaire using the Questionnaire button>re-send. This will reset access to the Questionnaire if your client has previously submitted it.
Instructions
Go to Smokeball
Open a lead or matter
Click on the ‘Questionnaire’ button.
Click ‘Resend’.
A 'Send questionnaire pop up will appear - choose whether to send this via Communicate or via email.
Click ‘Send’.
