How do I resend the FamilyProperty Questionnaire from within Smokeball?

You will be able to use the Questionnaire button to resend the Questionnaire using the Questionnaire button>re-send. This will reset access to the Questionnaire if your client has previously submitted it.

Instructions

1. Go to Smokeball

2. Open a lead or matter

3. Click on the ‘Questionnaire’ button.

4. Click ‘Resend’.

5. A 'Send questionnaire pop up will appear - choose whether to send this via Communicate or via email.

6. Click ‘Send’.
