Have you thought about creating a list of things you don't want to do?

We are all talking about the new year and soon we will hear all about setting goals for 2021, what if you made a list of things you don't want to do?

While goals about new things are great they can also be a bit visionary and less practical. Thinking about your actual practice, things that you are currently doing and you want to cut out, may be more attainable.

Goals are great but if all the goals are difficult to attain it can be tough to get moving on that list. If you have some attainable goals, real-life goals, things that are happening now that you want to attack, then that might just be the kick in the pants that you need.

Tackling those tangible goals to get started will help keep you motivated to work on those more visionary goals that require more time and planning.
