The sixth step for your Pre-FDR Property Session is to prepare reports for the parties to prepare for mediation.
Balance Sheet and Proposal
It is easy to find and download a report on the Balance Sheet and the party's Proposal, just click on Documents and you can see both of those options. The Balance Sheet summarises all the assets and liabilities in a spreadsheet format, and the Proposal document can be used to put an offer to the other party or to get instructions from one party on a potential offer. Go into one of your active matters and have a look at those documents.
Matter considerations and recommendations
To get to the other two reports you will need to click on Documents (like you did above) and then click on Show all.
Then you will need to scroll down to the bottom of this list to find Matter Recommendations and Matter Considerations. Matter recommendations gives the party a list of all of the documents that still need to be collected prior to the mediation. Matter considerations is a list of all of the information that they have given you in relation to future needs or contributions.
