Use the ‘Smart Forms’ button on the Parenting or Property tab to access the list of FamilyProperty documents and smart forms that can be generated.
Instructions
Go to Smokeball.
Click on the Parenting or Property tab (as applicable).
Click on ‘Smart Forms’.
Select the document or smart form you would like to generate.
Complete the smart form (if required).
Once the document has been generated, go to the Smokeball document list. The document will take about 20-30 seconds to upload into Smokeball.
Open the document to start working in it.
Where do my documents save?
Your documents you generate through the 'Smart form' button will automatically save into Smokeball and can be accessed from the Smokeball documents list. Note: The document will take about 30 seconds to upload into SB.
