We have enhanced existing features, introduced new features and fixed some bugs as follows. There is further information on each feature and instructions in the attached PDF.
FCFCOA Balance Sheet Form - We have added an updated version of the FCFCOA Balance Sheet.
Disclosure: inviting your client - We have made changes to the left hand menu to provide more clarity on how to invite your client to the Client Portal and review the Client Portal.
Disclosure : inviting the other party - We have made changes to the left hand menu to provide more clarity on how to invite the other side to the Disclosure Portal.
Balance Sheet tabs: Party & Neutral Balance Sheet - We have added three new tabs to the balance sheet to help you access your balance sheet functions quickly and more easily (Versions, Calculations, and Actions).
Balance Sheet: new pencil icon (edit title and notes) - When you save a new version, a pencil (edit) icon will appear next to the name so that you can easily rename or edit the notes about this particular version.
Versions: Party Balance Sheet - We have improved the way that Versions works, namely, that when you save a version of the balance sheet, you will now remain in that version until you save a new version.
Bug fix: Mediation Matters - Navigating to Party B fix
Big fix: File number - You will now not have to enter a file number when creating a new matter if you set this to ‘No - A file number is not required’ (this option hides the file number field) & You will now have to enter a file number when creating a matter when you set the setting to 'Yes - A file number is required’ (this option hides the file number field). This bug allowed matters to be created without a file number.
