Can I still use the shareable link or ‘Create a matter’ option from the FamilyProperty browser?

Yes, you can continue to use the shareable link to create matters. If any prospective clients submit a Questionnaire, this will automatically create a lead in Smokeball for you.

No, the integration currently does not work for matters that are created using the ‘Create a matter’ button in the FamilyProperty browser. This may change in the future.

If you have already created a matter using the 'Create a matter' function, please contact FamilyProperty support. Alternatively, you are able to delete the matter in FamilyProperty and create a matter through Smokeball.
