If you require more documents from your client, you can add tasks through the matter dashboard which the client will see when they next log into their portal. Follow the screenshots below to learn how
Type your task
Click save and then save again.
Did you know you can also run a report showing all tasks and indicates which tasks are outstanding? To do this, go into the 'Documents' tab > click 'Show all'. Then scroll down to the heading 'Other' where you will find a report called 'Matter recommendations'. Download this report and send to your client as a reminder of what still needs actioning in their portal (Note: this report also displays the optional tasks so you may wish to remove some of these whilst in the Word document).
