If your client hasn't received the email inviting them to sign-up and start completing the questionnaire or maybe they have accidentally deleted it, you can resend it to them. It be worth asking them to check their junk or spam folders as depending on the email provider it may have ended up here.
To do this, go into the matter set-up. You can do this either from the FamilyProperty home screen by clicking on the three dots '...' to the right of the matter in question (Mediators will need to select the Party's tab). Or by opening the questionnaire and clicking 'Options' in the top menu bar.
You'll notice that the client's details are already populated. Scroll down and click on the option to 'Get their link'
Click on the invitation link to highlight it and then copy and send it in an email to your client.
Alternatively, you can copy the entire invitation by scrolling to bottom of the page. Click on the 'Copy Invitation' button and then copy the text into an email being sure to enter their email address in the body of the email as indicated below.
