When you click on the Parenting or Property tab within Smokeball, you may see a message which states "You are not in your FamilyProperty account’s list. Please contact your account’s administrator to get access to FamilyProperty”.
This means that your administrator has not given you access to the integration.
In the event, your firm adminstrator thinks that you should have access to the integration, they are able to add you to the account user list by logging into FamilyProperty through their general browser.
