When you go into Smokeball and click on the property or parenting tab, you may see a 'Cannot connect to FamilyProperty' message that looks like the below image.
Steps to fix this issue
1. Go to your File Explorer and paste 'C:\temp' where you can see the home icon.
2. Delete all of the items in this folder. They may look like the below.
3. Go back into Smokeball and try accessing FamilyProperty through the tab. If you cannot access FamilyProperty after taking these steps, please contact support. support@familyproperty.com.au
