With the recent changes to the disclosure portal both sides can access features like the document disclosure index. These sort of time savings will encourage the other side to use the two way disclosure portal, saving you time.
The document index has always been available to the FamilyProperty user but now it is available to the other side as well, along with the other features such as:
relevant file names, because the program inserts relevant file names
document grouping, the documents can be found by clicking on the relevant asset or liability
no limits, no file limits and no time limits because the link does not expire or time out
everything, all the documents, being kept in one place (making it harder to miss anything)
the ability to download everything as a zip file
